• Bet placement: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your account balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical issue are not valid.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Live betting: In-play markets move quickly. BajiBet cannot guarantee that live odds will remain available for any particular market. Live bets are subject to the same confirmation rules as pre-match bets.
• Abandoned events: In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market. These are available in the detailed sports rules section of the platform.
• PSL & cricket markets: For Pakistan Super League and international cricket markets, settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant cricket board. BajiBet's decision on settlement is final in cases of dispute.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are published on the platform and may vary by sport and market type.
• Suspicious activity: BajiBet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, suspicious betting patterns, or other integrity concerns. Winnings from voided bets will not be credited.

BajiBet's casino section includes online slots, live dealer tables, and other casino games provided by certified third-party game studios. The following terms apply to all casino and slots activity:

• Game outcomes: All casino games and slots use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined by the software and cannot be predicted or influenced.

• Eligibility: VIP tier progression is based on your activity on the BajiBet platform over a rolling period. Specific thresholds and tier definitions are published in the VIP section of the platform.
• Benefits: VIP benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Benefits are tied to the individual account only.
